Key Accountability
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact both on business results and how Unilever evolves its customer and channel strategies. You will be responsible for sales and customer engagement strategy for our dermalogica team of with the following key operational responsibilities:
- Support to develop, implement and execute prestige group businesses and operations for the various channels.
- Establish productive and professional business relationships with the customers.
- Meet assigned business targets for profitable sales whilst delivering the components of quality sales (e.g. Right products at the Right price).
- Develop and co-ordinate product promotional initiatives to grow the business.
- Provide financial and non-financial information to facilitate timely and accurate decisions making on business operations.
- Ensure all the management reports for measuring and reporting business performance are integrated, accurate, reliable and on time.
- Keenly track and monitor in market status via trade visits at respective accounts.
Experience Required (Please detail essential and desirable experience, including no. of years)
Essential:
- Office work experience
- Good communication & negotiation skill
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT
- Excellent English & Korean communication (Writing & Oral) ability
Preferred:
- Experience in beauty industry (i.g. Olive Young mate)
- Magor in Skin care or certificate holder
- Ability to create digital content creation activities
- Sense of ownership, accountability, and growth mindset
