[담당업무]

-Manage supply chain activities from material planning to delivery monitoring of non-company purchases of active ingredient and imported finished goods for production and resale for portfolio to support the F&EM Import.

-Managing all export-related processes of CB and A.I.s, Log SCM KPI of internal service level management with full Export portfolio.

-Act as main communication interface to the export countries for all import/export items including new product launch and coordinate activities as link with Regional Supply Chain and within CS Korea.

-Conduct the plan shipping/delivery schedule and create SO using the SAP system for active ingredients and imported finished goods of high quality and reliable customer order.

-Ensuring cost active inventory is closely aligned to the local marketing direction for regional availability and submission to R&SH organization, and monitor stock for SAP to make key usage of SAP optimized.

-Manage broad, complex and strategically important regional import/export topics, including the management of strategic movements compliance with international regulations (e.g. import & export, and Customs Clearance Regulations, Free Trade Agreement, and Strategic Chemical Materials List).

-Strive to on-time delivery and maintain strong degree of accuracy prior to shipment to customer satisfaction level.

-Ensure the required documents with full preparation prior to meeting trade regulations for all international purchases of active ingredient/imported finished goods including spare parts and sample, etc.

-Lead import/export operations, strictly adhering to relevant import/export regulations, while taking full accountability for ensuring compliance and minimizing regulatory status/risks using both internal and external audit.

-Prepare the monthly inventory state/report/KPI with accurate forecast to match forecast of CB and Import/Export part of Bayer Source (S&OP) as expected.

[자격요건]

-University degree, preferably B.S. or Business Administration

-3+ years of operational experience in Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, Import/Export/Customs Management experience preferred

-Domain knowledge in Import/Export Customs Regulation and Customs issue handling, Standards and Quality Controls, Trade Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Execution Management

-Collaboration: Experience with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with cross-functional key stakeholders, across functions and in a global organization

-Result Orientation: Proactive and driven with demonstrated ability to deliver results in emergency situations and drive change and S&OP alignment

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Proficiency in Korean

-Experience in SAP is plus
