Provide general administrative and operational support to the Retail team across assigned stores. Assist in monitoring and organizing monthly store expense data, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and assisting in basic budget tracking. Support process and upload store and team expenses via internal systems, and assist in contacting vendors to collect necessary documentation and resolve minor issues. Assist in the preparation and updating of weekly and monthly reports related to store performance and competitor analysis. Support the Retail team in daily tasks to ensure smooth coordination between the office and store teams. Provide assistance during store openings, closures, relocations, and brand initiatives such as pop-up events and VIC activities for Tod’s and Hogan, as required.
