Based in Seoul
Report to the Business Development team leader
The Business Development team is in charge of conducting and planning the company’s objectives, and building/expanding new businesses to contribute to the company’s growth.
There are two main areas of work in this team, which is the new leads management, and new business development. You will have a role in both categories and also assist other team members. The details are as follows.
Leads management
Track all incoming leads by managing the internal tool
Manage the schedule and to-dos for new leads
Communicate with relevant stakeholders inside and outside the company under the direction of the team leader or team members
Assist in supporting the strategic planning for the coming leads and any other necessary work related to leads management
New business development
Manage the partnership map by contacting partners and updating the internal data systems
Conduct trend monitoring in digital marketing and new businesses the company can pursue
Communicate with relevant stakeholders inside and outside the company under the direction of the team leader or team members
Research for new business/service development such as open innovation, design thinking, digital marketing, etc.
Assist in the planning and creation of documents for new service development, projects, and any other necessary work related to business development
To fulfill the roles above, we are expecting:
Qualification & Skills
Business-level spoken and written Korean and English
MS Office and Google drive proficiency (PPT, Excel, Word skills are mandatory)
Interest and understanding of digital marketing, UI/UX projects, or business development related to company’s services (any experience related to this work is preferred)
Self-driven and self-motivated
Team player and proactive leader in the work that she/he is in charge of
Good communication and written skills to deliver what he/she wants and understanding of others’ needs
Logical thinker who takes responsibility for the given work
Sensibility in reading and searching/understanding trends
