▶ 모집직무 : Seller Management team

▶ 고용형태 : 3개월~6개월 인턴직

▶ 근무 요일 및 시간 : 월~금 (주5일근무) / 출퇴근 (9:30 전후~7시전후) 및 점심시간 한시간반 (12:30pm~2:00pm)

▶ 급여 : 월급 170~200만원

▶ 전형절차 : 서류전형 > 1차 Phone Screening면접 > 2차 실무진면접 > 최종합격

The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across the 7 markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product-related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment, and business intelligence.

Job Description:

- Analyse cross border performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures

- Monitor operational KPIs and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement

- Work with internal teams (e.g. BD, Marketing etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products

- Responsible for coordinating cross-border campaigns and projects

- Liaise closely with Key Account Managers to onboard new sellers and obtain sellers’ feedback

Requirement:

- Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data

- Strong oral and written communication skill in both Korean and English

- Creative and innovative approach to solving problems

- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations

- Work well with cross functional teams in a high-pressured environment

- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
