ㆍMatch invoice amount and vendor
umber between PO and invoice
ㆍKeep Three-Way Match Principle
(PO, Good Receipt and Invoice Receipt)
ㆍPerform monthly Account Payable (AP)
close by every month and date
ㆍClose communication with other
departments (Purchasing, Marketing or
Export Dept) or vendors to check PO
and Invoice
ㆍSupport outgoing payment at scheduled
payment date
ㆍSupport house-keeping for Account
Payable:
ⓐ Control AP open items and cleared
items
ⓑ Secure archive control of AP invoices
ㆍEnsure timely payment to all stake
holders including customers

[자격요건]
ㆍ학력 : 대졸
ㆍRequired skills : good M/S
office skill and analysis ability
ㆍGood interpersonal &
communication skill with other
department/ local & overseas
vendor

[우대사항]
ㆍBasic knowledge of Accounting
Principle
ㆍExperience of system usage
(SAP)
ㆍMajor : Business Administration
or Economics (preferred, if any)
