서류전형 > 1차면접 > 2차면접 > 최종합격

[담당업무]

· 1st level user support delivery to Office/Store users

· Monitoring for infrastructure systems

· H/W Setup and S/W Troubleshooting

· Problem solving of IT devices(PC, Network devices etc)

· iPhone, iPad Setup and Deployment

· Active directory management.

- User accounts management

- Create and manage email address and distribution list in MS Exchange

· Support all Corporate communication systems, including email (on outlook, web and mobile device), instant messaging, VoIP, tele-presence.

· Network Infrastructure supporting

· Service Now Ticketing System ? ticket management

[자격요건]

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience required

· Basic Problem solving skills

· Self-motivation

· Basic IT knowledge of PC(Desktop & Laptop) hardware and user software

· Apple Devices (iPhone / iPad) Basic knowledge for setup

· Basic IT Knowledge in Windows operating systems (MS Windows)

· Basic IT Knowledge of server systems (MS Windows, Active Directory)

· Basic IT understanding of Network (LAN / WAN)

· Customer service and communication skills
