PPS Mercedes me connect

To successfully deliver Mercedes me connect services, the position is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the Mercedes me connect service. And support market research and intelligence for better understanding of current market including EV market

Main task

Mercedes me connect Business Operation

- Support Initiating new product ideas for connected car market competitiveness

- Support publishing accurate service information for customer in timely manner

- Support general Mercedes me connect service business management topics within company and local networks

- Work closely with relevant parties for official vehicle data & business operation information updates

- Manage Customer messaging templates for new service and feature deployments

- Actively support solving market incidents including communication with relevant parties

Mercedes me connect Retail management & reporting

- Responsible for MmcR dealership database and contents management

- Generate monthly Mmc pairing report for HQ and dealer networks

- Follow up requests/inquiry from MB networks for mmc pairing topics

- Support internal departments to identify potential business opportunities

Mercedes me connect product testing

- Support periodic product feature testing focused on Apps.

- Closely monitor market issues and react in timely manner for resolution

- Support for new product testing before and after customer release for product readiness

Market research and intelligence

- Support market competition research and registration information

- Support transaction study reporting

- Support competitor product analysis and news & market feedback monitoring (ICE,xEV)

Education

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)

Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in connected service industry

Experience in the field of connected car business preferred

Specific knowledge

In depth knowledge of connected car technology and business operation preferred

Understanding of automotive industry is preferred

Excellent written and verbal skills in both Korean and English

Outstanding skills with MS office

Enjoy working in a team, show initiative and bring new ideas to the table
