업무내용

Main task

[CRM]

- CDM data verification in excel

- Customer data merge execution in DSUI

- Product information Verification in OneWeb

- VMDS overview monitoring

- Checking on data extracted from system

- Match and align with dealers on sales commission amount and subjects based on data from MmcR (Quarterly Basis)

- AP voucher for MB dealers based on aligned commission amount (Quarterly Basis)

- Compile reporting from different systems and make consolidated sales report (Monthly basis)

- Compare data from each system and check if they match

[CARE4me]

- Compare the original English text with Korean-translated text

- Match wordings/texts from application with those within training material

- Research on competitors and industry of service partners

- Study test cases and scope

- Validate the testing environment and help test users perform testing

- Check on test result

- Consolidate and study training material from related teams

- Schedule training sessions by checking with relevant teams

Experience

Expertise on MS office

Automotive vertical product knowledge and experience preferred

Specific knowledge
