[담당업무]

■ Retail operations

- Make relevant reports; Daily stock list, Weekly sales report, Product assortment & MDS fulfilment report, Sales & stock report so on.

- Monitor stock transfer between retail boutiques on a daily basis and figure out the reason per a transaction

- Create outlet BTQs order list once a week

- Track sales record in case of customer deposits from retail boutiques

- Responsible for Products master data maintenance in systems

- Register the product change status in system

- React on inquiries related to WA accessories from retail boutiques

■ Whole sale (WHS) operations

- Assist DF ERP (Lotte, Shilla, Shinsegae) operations

- ERP Upload File Creation - Order and Invoice Input, Pricing, Payment, Stock Transfer

- Return related admin work

-I ssuing Firm Offer

- Create WHS order list twice a month

- Make a WHS firm order fulfilment report

■ POSM & PLV operations and Others

- POSM & PLV Stock status update / Allocation / Distribution by channels

- Assist HQ return processes required

- Support all the operational tasks

[자격요건]

- Previous experience in Retail(as assistant, coordinator) would be appreciated

- Positive mindset and diligent character would be preferred
