[Responsibilities]

- The individual will be responsible for providing technical leadership in compliance to technical process requirement for flawless execution and successful launching products into market, partnering closely with other functional team (Regional R&D, Q&C, Supply chain, etc)

- The individual will be responsible for conducting laboratory batch studies and process design for manufacturing plant scale-up trials, to optimize mixing processes

- The individual will be responsible to conduct scale up trial run and stability test, prepare document related new product development and reformulation to support product launch etc.

- The individual will conduct technical troubleshooting for product formulations, non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis.

- The individual will be responsible to build Demo and Scientific engagement with local business team, and conduct new product knowledge training to business partner.

- The individual will be responsible for working with external partner for new product development.

- The individual will communicate and collaborate with marketing, project managers, franchise R&D, package, Q&C, supply chain.

[Requirements]

- A minimum of BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science is required.

- Good English communication (Speaking/writing/reading)

- Positive and proactive mind to approach job and handling complexity.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company.
