[Responsibilities]

1. Determine and optimise the labour and material resources needed and time required to complete each job (PM/CM/Outage/Others)

2. Provide an overall plan for future work and central source of information concerning maintenance work, equipment, material and equipment repair

3. Plan for the elimination of delays due to waiting for information, materials, equipment, other skills, and tools

4. Provide special tool and equipment requirements

5. Determine in advance, the number of staff needed in a given area or location

6. Coordinate the preparation of preventive maintenance program

7. Lead preparation of work packages (scope, plan, prioritize and schedule) maintenance work and management of Backlog

8. Monitor, track and check work order performance and control maintenance status realization

[Requirements]

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferably majored in electrical or mechanical engineering)

2. Preferably English communication skills written and oral.

3. Computer skills.
