업무내용

- Ensure compliance with local H&S laws and regulations by setting governance process to understand the applicable laws & regulation and propose to local leadership team to take actions to follow.

- Performing the role of occupational safety & health manager under the Occupational Safety and Health Act

- Interpret and apply internal and external regulations for identifying and reducing risk factors

- Periodically conduct safety inspections throughout the facilities and improve the non-conformance findings to prevent injury/illness accident or other non-compliance issues

- Supports risk assessment and change management of external suppliers.

- Understand the 3MEHS management plan, identify the revised contents, and share it with the team members.

- Timely submit relevant corporate or government reports

- 해당 법률 및 규정을 이해하고 법을 준수할 수 있는 관리절차를 수립하고 리더십 팀에 후속 조치를 제안하여 국내 H&S 법률 및 규정을 준수

- 산업안전보건법에 따른 안전 관리자의 역할 수행

- 위험요인의 식별 및 감소를 위한 내∙외부 규정을 해석하고 적용

- 시설 전반에 걸쳐 주기적으로 안전점검을 실시하고 부적합 사항을 개선하여 상해/질병 사고 또는 기타 부적합 문제를 예방

- 외주 협력업체의 위험성 평가, 변경점 관리를 지원한다.

- 3M EHS management plan을 이해하고 개정된 내용을 파악해서 팀원들과 공유

- 관련 기업 또는 정부 보고서 적시 제출

- Bachelor’s degrees in safety engineering or equivalent

- Certificate of Industrial safety engineer

- Preferred experienced person over 2years

- English communication capability in written and speaking

- Strong mindset in EHs regulatory compliance with EHS related regulations and standards both internally and externally

- 학사 이상 (이공계 전공자 혹은, 안전공학 관련 전공자 우대)

- 신입~ 경력 3년 이내인 자

- 내/외부 EHS관련 법규, 규정 준수를 위한 자세를 갖춘 자

- 산업 안전기사 자격증 보유한 자

- 업무상 영어 활용 가능한 자
