업무내용

Brand / Division: IWC/ Marketing - PR team

Reporting to Marketing director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Shooting management

• Daily Media/Celebrity shooting management with BTQ

• Support shooting in the studio

• Product information preparation for editorial caption

2. PR resources management

• Media list update

• Monthly Media Look book update

• PR Sample management

• PR Asset (image and text) distribution to media based on PR manager’s guide

• Support to develop PR message to media/retailer

• Brand asset preparation

3. Monitoring

• Print : Clipping

• TV & Digital : Capture and organize in reporting format

4. Team administration

• Support the miscellaneous office works (documentation, occasional gift order/delivery, arrangement, material preparation, meeting room set-up, send/pick-up the parcel (mail bag) between office and boutique etc)

• Fluent English and Korean language skills are must
