Responsibilities

- Engage with fans across various channels (email, social media, etc.) and assist users with any questions or needs

- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to handle concert, e-commerce, and service-related inquiries

- Implement and improve customer service processes, while maintaining high-quality service standards and SOP

- Handle escalated complaints and/or issues for assigned projects

- Obtain all relevant information across departments to and keep up with changes

- Other duties assigned as needed

The Role

We are looking for a User Communications Intern to act as the liaison between MyMusicTaste and music fans all around the world. You will serve as the friendly and helpful voice of the company, interacting with fans to enhance their overall customer experience.
