NVIDIA is seeking a deep learning intern to join the autonomous vehicle (AV) perception team. Our team consists of a group of proficient applied AI researchers and engineers. We are committed to building world-class perception solutions that redefine the automotive industry. We work on fundamental problems and work with large-scale datasets to advance the entire AV perception tech stack. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who will be building innovative algorithms to tackle the most challenging problems in AV perception. What you'll be doing:

- Train deep learning models and improve performance on perception tasks.

- Develop and integrate state of the art algorithms to improve and extend the overall driving functionality.

What we're looking for:

Pursuing MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, with a focus in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence or related fields.

Strong mathematical background and capability to analyze results.

Good understanding of software fundamentals including software design, algorithm development and data structures.

Excellent Tensorflow, PyTorch, C++ programming skills to bring ideas into production systems.

A dedication to bring your work to completion and see your work having a worldwide impact.

A self-motivated and good teammate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
