업무내용

nr2 provides cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions, analytics and in-country know-how to identify high potential disruptive companies. The company was founded in early 2019, raised a Seed round in 2021 (covered in [The Telegraph](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/2021/12/23/banking-veterans-back-china-focused-tech-start-up/)) and now has offices in London (United Kingdom), Beijing (China), and Seoul (South Korea).

You will enter the business with an open mind and be willing to define the way you contribute. Your first day could be spent programming an improvement to our search engine, your second developing our social media marketing strategy, and your third researching startup trends in South Korea.

Skills of particular interest are programming, data analytics, statistics and modelling but we are open to whatever skills you bring, as long as you bring excellence, intensity, and can demonstrate how you can make a difference. The successful candidate will be someone who is comfortable within an entrepreneurial environment and has the ability to balance multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment. We need someone who stands out, whose skillset can effect real change, and who is looking for more than a CV filler.

Required:

- Strong ability to deliver in your area of expertise

- Independent thinker with the ability to drive and solve problems

- Willingness to challenge the people you work with

- Highly organized, confident and diligent, with excellent communication skills

- Have the ability to remain calm and maintain attention to detail in fast-changing situations

- Able to plan and prioritize work

- Advanced communication skills (verbal, written, electronic)

- Multi-tasking ability and able to function under pressure and tight deadlines

- Fluent English

- Experience with programming in Python

- Familiarity with machine learning and its frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, sci-kit-learn)

- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (BERT Transformers, NER tagging, POS tagging)

Desirable:

- Korean, Chinese, or French language skills
