Plus, one of our strong product, Send Anywhere which is used by 6.5 million people, we are simplifying the file transfer process between devices and optimizing network connections.

Project Management Office Intern (6months) (인턴)

[Position Overview]

Rakuten Symphony Korea is seeking a long-term Intern to join the PMO team as a Project Management Office (PMO) Intern

As an intern, you will be working on challenging projects with high impact during a 6-month paid, full-time internship. You will be assigned an intern manager, who will help you to identify project goals, while also inspiring you, mentoring you and supporting your professional development

This role will provide key support to the ulting project team. We are looking for someone who is proactive and eager to learn.

This person will be a team-player and love solving new challenges every day.

The internship will provide real world experience and exposure to people, process, and technology used to manage various type of projects, including all products under Internet & Eco System business unit.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Support project managers with drafting project charters and statements of work, estimating resource hours, and building project plans.

- Support to Prepare presentation materials for project meetings.

- Document and follow up on important action items.

- Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Minimum Qualifications

- Currently enrolled or graduated in 1 year in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program.

- Be able to complete 6 months of internship at Rakuten Symphony Seoul office.

- Ability to speak and write in English and Korean fluently.

- Well understanding IT industry and products.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Good communication skills and positive attitude with relevant team peers in stressful environment.

- Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a challenging environment.

- Demonstrated ability to show motivation and an independent thinker.

- Effective analytical skills, with the ability to manage highly strategic and challenging business problems.
