[TRIDGE] Quality Assurance

업무내용

이런 역할을 수행합니다:

- Prepare for product specifications of food and agricultural products

- Analyze possible reasons for product defects and quality lapses for food and agricultural products

- Establish quality claim process along with Tridge quality standard and policy

- Develop inspection and testing protocols for products and packaging.

- Develop SOPs that are align with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines and organization’s policies

- Handle the entire process of acquiring quality related certificates and Lead quality and food safety related audits.

- Build and manage a global team of quality assurance and partner with quality inspectors in each of country

- Properly handle any customer or consumer claims and complaints

- Prepares reports, compiles, and maintains records on product quality status, and all tests and inspections that have been conducted.

- Investigates customer complaints and any non-conformance issues and provide guidance to settle down the issue

- Inspect facilities, equipment, products, or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health sections.

- Lead traceability investigations on the source of quality lapses and other product issues.

- Participate in quality management system reviews and promote quality and food safety policies to all personnel.

- Review reports and develop guidelines and standard practices for data documentations and analysis.

- Research and specify new protocols of product in importing country
