[Responsibilities]

- Performing customer registration process with sales supporting for fill-out of request forms

- Manage customer master maintenance process to ensure effective order/invoicing management

- Handling price request & price override process to set unit price in ERP system

- Maintain contract status with updated information to liaise with commercial team, and organizing a document archiving system

- Support sales team for GP’s coding process with quotation

- Support credit management and AR follow-up including coordinating payment terms & overdue

- Coordinate communications between commercial team to Sales, CS, channel management, and SCM in terms of customer, distributors management and reporting to commercial team

[Requirements]

- Bachelor’s degrees or above

- Proactive & positive mind

- Good inter-personal relationship

- Strong negotiation & communication skills

- Good organization skills

- Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

- MS Office skills and SAP (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems
