Currently operating in Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Seoul and Tokyo, Flash Coffee will be opening its doors in other APAC capitals this year, offering an unparalleled customer experience that's powered by technology.

You will have a hand in knowing our target segments and their needs, and proposing, planning, and building solutions for them. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking contributor who enjoys developing processes as much as completing them. You will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to the table and to think outside of the box.

This role will be working out of the Korean office and report remotely to our Head of Product.

What You Will Do:

- Represent the Product group in support of the business unit in Korea

- Identify and segment our target customers, know their habits and preferences

- Reach out to a core group to understand their needs and wants, and solicit ideas and suggestions

- Know our competitors, continuously monitor the competitive landscape

- Be the product and project manager to deliver solutions to customers

- Write product requirements, collect data, create wireframes, and work with stakeholders

- Learn, apply, and contribute to Product Management best practices

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Advanced spoken and written Korean and English

- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem solving

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently

- Experience working on past business or technology type projects, either in professional or academic settings

- Experience doing research, documentation, and presentation, and is comfortable with data

- Experience in UX design and using tools like Figma is a plus

- Experience in the tech or startup industry is a plus

- Available minimum 3 days a week, minimum 3 months commitment
