업무내용

- Support implementation of Global HR policies, tools and systems across all global entities through preparing entity specific guides in local language in consideration of cultural context

- Take an active role in supporting the overseas recruitment processes, including job posting management, interview schedule arrangement, and sourcing potential talents

- Manage global mobility programs including personnel management, administration of tools, processes and policies, and supporting foreign national employees

- Ensure successful HR operation of global entities, such as Global Onboarding Program, HR process management, HR compliance management, contractor management, payroll process, system management, and contents management

- Global HR trends research and IT market research

- Self-motivated and resilient team player with ability to work independently, customer focused mindset and passion for HR

- Solid experience in cross-border communication and collaboration

- Excellent communication skills in Korean & English, including documentation skills in English

우대사항

- Experience in Global HR operations in a fast-paced environment, such as global mobility management, global recruitment, or global onboarding program management

- Strong understanding of IT fields and working at startups
