[담당업무]

■ Marketing Coordinator

- In charge of ensuring consumer target & market relevance: Unearth hidden insights, collect consumer feedback on marketing materials and study relevant macro trends/benchmarks. Includes field market research amongst optical stores (안경원) and other on-line & off-line channels beyond contact lens category.

- Support on delivering excellence in marketing executions: Participate in brainstorming activation ideas, provide feedback to executions delivered by agency based on consumer/market understanding and suggest improvements & learnings based on consumer response.

- Assist on business compliance & operations: Support on getting internal & external approval of marketing materials to be compliant of J&J company guidelines as well as legal/regulatory rules. Help on timely deliverables of company payment, logistics and other operations (e.g. meeting/workshop organization).

- Interested in changing consumer behaviors via creative solutions

- Passion to learn & grow as professional marketer, determined to get most out of the internship program

- Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility

- Good to have leadership experience in school or other extra curriculum activities, participation in marketing/communication activities.

- Comfortable in English communication
