[담당업무]

■ Customer eXperience Engineer

1. Create product configurations and estimates

2. Prepare product configurations and quotations - Technical inquiries on products and services,

3. Prepare configuration drawings for proposed configurations. Calculate power specifications, sizing and weight of the proposed configuration.

4. Request exception approvals for product support and escalate issues and improvement suggestions to the aligned Presales

5. Provide technical assessment based on workload data of customer environment

6. Support remote acquisition of system configuration and workload data from customer environment

-Essential Requirements 

1. General Knowledge on IT Infrastructure, Understanding on Interoperability & compatibility of hardware and interfaces

2. Good Documentation and Presentation skill with MS PowerPoint

3. English communication skill, above intermediate level as this is a global organization, you should be able to communicate with overseas staff (email, chat, Conference call).

4. A degree in computer science or related to IT

5. Proactive Team Project experience in University

-Desirable Requirements

1. Experience in IT infrastructure technology (1 year or more) as System Engineer.

2. Certificate of IT industry
