[Job Description]

Configuring and maintaining KR, US, and Global Offices’ effective internal infrastructure for both virtual and in-person

Design and operate integrated IT equipment management regulations within the office and introduce systems tailored to each organization and educate employees on how to use them efficiently.

Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Software, Etc.

Identify and rectify vulnerabilities and risks in the company’s hardware and software environment. Support additional software. Deploy and operate the software needed for each team

Atlassian, Salesforce, Test Phone, Etc.

Support the use of paid subscriptions softwares and manage costs.

Procures IT equipment and software and related external IT service

Conference System, Laptop, Monitor, Etc.

Purchase, set-up, and support on-boarding employee’s equipments

Manage existing employees equipment, respond to failures and losses

Collect and inspect of off-boarding employees equipment

Analyze incidents to identify application and system problems and solutions in a timely and accurate manner for both on and offline.

IT Help Desk, virtual support for US and Global Office

Create and educate security systems and guides for internal information security

Charge of general affairs support work that helps employees focus on the above tasks.

Manage and operate of office space and facilities

[Qualifications]

Experience with Hardware-Software system integration (HW/SW)

Fluency in English for smooth collaboration with global team member

Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical partners
