Our Trust & Safety team`s commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Our Quality Assurance Analysts audit and review our Moderation teams, handling appeals, audits, feedback and providing support on ad hoc policy questions. Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users.

[What will I be doing?]

- You will perform daily sampling tasks for audit purposes.

- You will have to feedback problems & handle necessary escalation on moderation quality.

- You will provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps.

- You will participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.

[Qualifications]

[Minimum Qualification]

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- 1+ years of work experience in a digital operation/support/data analysis/product validation/quality assurance or similar roles

- Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team and exercise good judgment and presence of mind in a rapidly changing environment

- Experience assessing, analyzing, and resolving issues across multiple topics while meeting deadlines.

- Native level fluency in Korean with business level fluency in English

[Preferred Qualification]

- 1~2 years of work experience in Trust & Safety

- Proficiency in using Excel(formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, macros), SQL or other data analysis tools, with strong data analysis ability
