[업무내용]

The Role

Tesla is looking for an intern to work for the South Korea Service Operations Team. The intern will support the Service Operations and Field team in all service-related business and administrative activities across the country. The primary function of the position is to place a purchase order for regular service and manage overall financial process including carrying out invoice receipt, supplier onboarding and shipment arrangement if needed. You should be organized, strong collaborator and have impeccable attention to detail with a passion to learn the process and system.

[Responsibilities]

* Provide continuous support of administrative and reporting tasks

* Place new purchase orders with reviewing quotation

* Receive tax invoices and manage accounts payable issues

* Register new supplier in the system and follow up any supplier information changes

* Create an ad-hoc shipment request and track the status

* Investigate and develop processes and tools that improve the way we run our Service Operations

* Participate in required projects with the team to make more data-driven decisions

* Ability to effectively communicate verbally and excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment

* Work or project experience in related field is a plus
