조달구매업무 담당자 (신입 ~ 사원급) (경력)

GE Ultrasound Korea 성남 본사에서 조달구매업무 담당자 신입 ~ 사원급 인재를 채용합니다.

국내/외 협력파트너사(거래업체) 매니징 및, 초음파 사업부를 포함한 중국과 오스트리아의 해외 공장 서포트 업무를 담당하게 됩니다.

또한 조달 구매를 중심으로 직접 발주와 물류의 수입, 수출에 관여하는 Supplier Manager의 역할을 수행합니다.

[담당 업무]

1. 내자/외자 협력파트너사(거래업체) 매니징

2. 국내/외 Supply 매니징

3. 직접 발주

[자격요건]

관련 경력 1~3년 사원급 (신입 지원가능)

해외 공장과의 업무가 많아, 영어 커뮤니케이션에 부담 없는 분 (필수)

성남 근무 가능자

Key responsibilities include:

Overall ownership of material ordering and availability (Both Local and overseas suppliers)

Expedite delivery to maximize site revenue

Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution

Support material aspects of transfers, which includes Integrated Supplier Program

Field Modification Instruction, as appropriate - ordering material, formulating schedules

Manage Phase In / Phase Out (NPI: New Production Introduction) to minimize obsolete material

Resolve material shortages/overages; includes expediting or obsolescence processing

Proactively adjust forecast and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory level

Generate and implement process improvements for optimal efficiency and effectiveness of material flow

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders and local customs broker

Ensuring all processes and documentation are in accordance with GEHC & import compliance requirements

Providing import data analysis for various functions

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Knowledge and understanding of production process work instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications

Support all standard materials activities, initiatives, and action workouts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Motivated and pro-active with strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English

Preferred Qualifications:

2~3 years working experience in materials or production scheduling is preferred

Oracle knowledge and experience

Working knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
