[Summary]

The position is designed for the systematic application of scientific knowledge to the design, creation, and use of structures, machines and utilities, involving the continuous improvement for operation performance and also to utilize operations improvement, maintenance effectiveness and process capability to address major source of loss by focusing on root cause and sustainable solutions. The position is designed for the management of all supply chains.

[Responsibilities]

The scope of key responsibilities included:

- PMO for Capex & Engineering Related Projects

- On Time capex management and budget control

- On Time Change Management

- Asset Life Cycle Management

- Machinery and Facility Qualification

- Contractor Management/ Contractor Service Performance

- Process Improvement driven by data analysis

- Coordination of Capability Building

- Advanced communication with stakeholder including KPIs

- Compliance of GxP

[Requirements]

- Effective Communication Skills with Korean and English

- Leadership to Drive Project and Problem Solving

- Positive & Open Mindset

- Strong Verbal and Written Presentation Skills

- Engineering Background (BS Grade) : Machinery, Automation, Automobile Engineering, Industrial Engineering will be preferred
