[Responsibilities]

• Develop product photo shooting plans and direct external studios or photographers to obtain the best quality product photos

• Design content for Youpick’s product pages to appeal the products to consumers

• Design creative ads and social media to support marketing activities

• Design print materials, packages, or any graphical assets that may be used in offline physical channels

• Conduct design research to consistently explore new ways to improve Youpick’s aesthetics

• Build visual systems and guidelines to promote design consistency

• Collaborate with brand designers to ensure that all design deliverables and creative works stay true to the related brand identities

• Collaborate with marketers to share ideas and align design with marketing strategies

• Collaborate with product designers to help them improve the look and feel of user interfaces of web or app platforms

[Qualifications]

Required

• Major in graphic design, visual communications, media design, or equivalent education or experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in graphic design, visual communications, media design, art direction, or any related creative areas

• Fluency across graphic design, typography, photography, and illustration with demonstrated mastery of Adobe Creative Suites

• Passion for photography and photo shooting

• Ability to conduct design research and planning

• Exceptional sense of aesthetics

• Solid understanding of visual and communication design principles

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal

• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely

• Ability to think and work independently and collaboratively

• Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about graphic design

• Willingness to learn, improve, and stay current on the latest design and technology trends

• Being highly responsible and accountable

• Strong work ethics

• Professional or native English proficiency

• Professional or native Korean proficiency

• Experience coordinating with external photo shooting studios or design agencies

• Experience working in design or creative agencies

• Experience working on branding projects or producing branded content

• Experience managing design projects

• Ability to work on motion graphics design
