[Key Accountabilities]

Organize all shipments in line with business requirements.

Ensure the integrity of import/export documentation (i.e. Bills of lading & Commercial invoices).

Prepare import documentation and custom clearance for all air and sea shipments.

Plan and maintain delivery schedules and communicate to all relevant departments.

Work closely with other departments especially Operation, Retail, Merchandising, and Finance.

Work closely with forwarders and warehouse and give delivery instructions for shipping materials

Review shipping dates and report in case of any exceptions.

In charge of the inventory system (S.T.A.R.T).

Input invoice value and allocated landed costs into the inventory system.

Maintain inventory master files for both intercompany and 3rd party import.

Prepare and manage payments to counterparties (mainly for intercompany, customs brokers, and DHL).

[Qualifications]

Relevant experience in Logistics preferably in retail industry.

Good analytical skills, problem solving and decision making skills

Collaborative, hardworking, enthusiastic and independent attitude

Excellent in MS office (especially for Excel) application
