People Services is responsible for the HR administrations for both of ING Bank N.V., Seoul Branch and ING Bank N.V., Seoul Securities Branch. People Services supports the HRBP Korea by liaising with the regional HR team regarding overall HR tasks including recruitment, employment termination, payroll, compensation & benefits, international assignment, people development and etc.

[자격요건]

Person Specifications
To be considered for this role, the applicant would ideally possess the following pre-requisites:
 Preferred bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Finance or Accounting;
 1-5 years of work experiences in Human Resources will be an advantage;
 High level of self-motivation and responsibilities;
 Highly analytical person with ability to recognise confidential information and identify risks;
 Software skill such as MS Excel, Word & Power point;
 Fluent in English and Korean, both verbally and written;
 Ability to communicate well and work with people in different department at all levels;
 High commitment to assigned roles and jobs with positive problem solving;
 High team work spirits.
