• Create detailed business and functional specifications, use cases, activity diagrams, process flows, business rules, internal and external user guides

• Documentation and constant updating and development of processes

• analysis of the implementation of tasks from development to test results

• Identify, evaluate and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and agree appropriate risk responses
