Cost Analyst 

Job Descriptions

- Conduct an audit on invoice details against PO data & follow up with discrepancies 

- Process an AR/AP accurately and timely manner 

- Collect, calculate and input monthly expenses for the two departments 

- Analyze actual and accrual logistics costs and invoice to customer via relevant systems  

- Monitoring and reporting corporate card spending 

- Notify and Follow up on invoices and outstanding selling slips to customer 

- Provide an accurate accrual amount during month end closing 

- Provide an accurate P&L report and itemized summary for warehouse expense 

- Perform all computer data entry to generate and review related reports 

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and send copy to the accounting team on time 

- Maintain all related accounting and bookkeeping records and accounting files in a neat, orderly, and timely manner 

- Assist Human Resources and General Affair duties 

- Participate in Internal and External Monthly meetings  

- Perform ad hoc duties as needed  

- Communicate with vendor and customer in resolving invoice issues 

- Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information  

- Provides payment information by answering questions and requests 

- Distribute weekly remittance advice to vendors. 

- Contact vendor requesting documents for vendor registration.

Requrements

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Logistics preferred. 

• Entry Level or Minimum 1 year experience in Cost Analyst 

• Excellent analytical and data management skills 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills 

• Experiences with SAP or Oracle preferred 

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) 

• Bilingual in Korean/English preferred 

• Ability to work scheduled hours and any required overtime 

Foreign Logistics Planner

Job Descriptions

• Process customer orders, plan & optimize shipments into loads, tender freight to third-party carriers. 

• Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail. 

• Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process oversight, auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions. 

• Complete daily logs and trackers.

• Provides load exception investigation and reporting.

• Overall management of inbound transportation and delivery.  

• Schedule  and  send  orders/requests  to  multiple  carriers  for  inbound  shipments distribution centers/customers. 

• Ensure  all  pickup  and  delivery  appointments  are  made  between  receiver  and Customer Company's order lists and track orders to ensure on-time delivery. 

• Develop relationships with all carriers and communicate internal/external challenges between Customer Company and receivers and develop solutions to the challenges. 

• KPI's are being met and develops action plans to ensure compliance to KPI's. 

• Excellent and prompt communication skills with customers to solve any delivery issues. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate effectively with senior level management. 

• Prepare various reports on a daily basis. 

• Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor. 

Requrements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred 

• Minimum (1) plus year of experience in Transportation/Supply Chain preferred 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment 

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 

• Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal skills both in Korean and English  

• Must be able to learn and regularly operate various computer systems across different platforms 

• Must be able to work on weekends when required by Company
