Product Management Intern

What the Role Entails

Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

Responsible for the feature planning and demand promotion of platform products such as Tencent Cloud official website, console, and billing;

In-depth study of customer behavior and business scenarios, combined with user demand analysis and domestic and overseas competitive product analysis, provide highly available product planning and problem-solving solutions, break down module planning, sort out clear stage objectives and identified key improvement indicators;

Work closely with multiple teams to lead and promote the gradual launch, verification and iteration of product planning, and adjust the subsequent planning direction in a timely manner;

Pay attention to product experience and customer feedback, respond to internal business demands in a timely manner, and provide complete and reliable platform services for various internal teams.

Who We Look For

Bachelor's degree or above is required. Those with a background in computer-related disciplines or internship experience in cloud computing/To-B technology Product are preferred.

Excellent excellent Chinese & English written and oral communication skills are required. Proof of relevant Japanese/Korean proficiency test certificates will be considered as a bonus.

Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities, highly proactive and result-oriented.

Outstanding interpersonal, teamwork and presentation skills, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and arranging priorities reasonably.
