Responsibilities 

- Operate and manage vacuum equipment  

- Measure OLED devices and analyze performance data  

- Design and analyze OLED device structures  

- Analyze electrical and optical properties of organic compounds  

- Lead and manage individual R&D projects 

- Translate R&D objectives into business-aligned actions 

- Draft and understand patents related to project outcomes 

Required Qualifications 

- MS in Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Display Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field 

- Strong knowledge of the chemical, electrical, or optical properties of organic compounds 

- Creativity and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

- Team player in a multidisciplinary setting 

- Strong verbal and written communication of complex ideas and results
