Position Overview:

The Junior Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and event coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to develop a career in sales, with a strong focus on communication, organization, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through various channels (online research, inbound inquiries, CRM, events, etc.)

- Initiate outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings for the sales team

- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales events (webinars, trade shows, conferences, etc.)

- Assist in preparing event materials, managing registrations, and following up with event attendees

- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development Managers to align lead generation and event strategies

- Track and report on lead generation and event metrics to sales management

- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up

- Provide administrative support to the inside sales team as needed

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus

- Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination is an advantage but not required
