Production Controller ※ 생산 계획 수립 및 생산 실적 확인 관련 업무입니다. Achieves production planning operational objectives by contributing material planning information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production planning, inventory control, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing changes • Resolves materials scheduling problems by analyzing reports and developing solutions. • Participate in application lifecycle projects including, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, and after go-live support. • Manage and coordinate all planning and logistics functions to achieve desired customer service goals, capacity plan, and inventory levels; Works closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and End Customers to balance material supply with demand forecast and meet customer expectations. • Develop and implement work procedures, including but not limited to production planning, inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving. • Provide support to Production Manager; Support to teach and implement continuous improvement; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions; Apply Lean principles; Support to enforce 6S on the floor. • Work with production supervisors and shipping team leaders and reassign available manpower resources in order to meet production and shipping schedules. • Support production / shipping team with technical issues. • Maintains and works to improve the inventory cycle count program.

1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. 2. At least one year of experience from an automotive manufacturing environment and/or training from automotive industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3. Expert in Microsoft Excel. 4. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing principles, techniques, methods and disciplined in their application. 5. In-depth understanding of production administration functions including accounting, engineering and human resources. 6. Training in problem solving techniques. 7. Minimum leadership skills.
