제 2회 KOREAZ 콘텐츠 공모전

공모 주제 및 형식

ㅇ 주제: 청년이 상상하는 10년 후, 청년이 변화시킬 10년 후

- 1) 개인 2) 지역사회 3) 국가 4) 전세계가 맞이할 10년 후 미래를 제시하고, 그 미래를 실현하기 위한 청년의 실천방안을 제안

- 개인, 지역사회, 국가, 전세계 중 하나 이상을 자유롭게 선택

   ㅇ 형식: 생성형 AI를 활용하여 제작한 영상

- 기획, 음악, 이미지, 제작, 편집 등 영상 제작 과정의 일부라도 AI를 활용하면 출품 가능

- 작품의 어떤 부분을 AI로 제작했는지 구체적으로 명시 필요

- 16:9 가로형 영상, 해상도 1920x1080(FHD)

- mp4 또는 mov의 영상 파일, 30프레임 이상 권장

ㅇ 언어

- 모든 언어 가능

(단, 영어가 아닌 경우 영어 자막 필수)

공모 일정

- 접수기간: 2026.4.13.(월) ~ 2026. 10.31.(토)

- 수상작 발표: 2026.11월 중 외교부 홈페이지 및 KOREAZ SNS 채널에 공지, 당선자 개별 통지

3. 공모전 시상내역

- 대상(1명) / 최우수상(2명) / 우수상(3명) / 특별상(1명)

- 외교부장관상 수여, 소정의 상품 제공

4. 응모 자격

- 전 세계인 누구나

- 만 14세 미만의 경우 개인정보 수집 및 활용에 대한 보호자 동의서 필요

5. 접수 방법

1. 작품을 본인의 SNS에 게재, 캠페인 해시태그(#YouthFULL Tomorrow) 삽입

2. 참가신청서(구글폼)을 작성하여 영상 원본 제출

6. 심사 방법

- 외교부와 외부 전문가 심사위원이 주제 적합성, 창의성, 심미성, 활동도 등을 기준으로 평가

7. 유의사항

- 외교부는 수상작에 대한 비영리, 공익적 목적의 독점적 이용 권리(편집, 복제, 전송, 배포 등)를 가지며, 추후 수상작은 비영리, 공익적 목적으로 다양하게 사용될 수 있음

- 수상작에 선정되더라도 표절이나 제3자의 저작권을 침해하는 등 중대한 결격사유 발생 시에는 수상을 취소할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 책임은 응모자에게 있음

- 수상작은 KOREAZ 채널 4개 플랫폼에 업로드 예정(유튜브, 인스타그램, 페이스북, X)

1. Theme and Format

ㅇ Theme

The Next 10 Years: Dream it, Shape it

- Show us what a positive future looks like over the next decade at the individual, regional, national, or global level(You may cover one or multiple levels). Be sure to include what realistic actions youth can take to realize that dream.

ㅇ Submission Format

- Generative AI must be used, even if only for a portion of the video production(ex: planning, music, images, video production, editing, etc.).

- Please specify which portions were created with AI

- Landscape orientation(16:9); Resolution: 1920x1080(Full HD)

- File Type: mp4 or mov; Frame rate: 30fps or higher recommended

ㅇ Language

- Any language, with English subtitles

2. Timeline

- Submission Period

June 1 (Mon), 2026 – October 25 (Sun), 2026(KST)

- Announcement of Winners

November 2026

Winners will be announced on the MOFA website and KOREAZ social media channel, and will also be notified individually

3. Prize (ROK Minister of Foreign Affair’s Award)

- Grand Prize (1 winner) / Excellence Award (2 winners) / Merit Award (3 winners) / Special Award (1 winner)

- All winners will receive the ROK Minister of Foreign Affair’s Award and a prize

4. Eligibility

- Open to participants worldwide

- Participants under the age of 14 must submit a consent form signed by their legal guardian for the collection and use of personal information.

5. How to Submit

1. Upload your video to your personal social media account using the hashtag #YouthFULL Tomorrow

2. Submit the original video file via the Google Form application

6. Evaluation Criteria

- Entries will be evaluated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and expert judges. Submissions will be judged based on relevance to the theme, creativity, visual quality, and usability.

7. Intellectual Property and Disclaimer

- Winning entries will become the property of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea. The Ministry reserves the right to adapt, edit, modify, or use the entries in part or in full for non-profit and public interest purposes.

- Awards may be revoked if fraud or copyright infringement is discovered. Entrant will be held responsible for such violations.

Winning videos will be featured on KOREAZ’s social media platforms. (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X)
