[담당업무]
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Supports operational and tactical sourcing activities within the Market Procurement function by assisting Market Procurement Manager/Leader in day‑to‑day procurement tasks, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assists in administering procurement system approval requests, including Ariba Supplier Management, OSCAR Change Requests, and Supplier Initiated Change Requests (SICR), ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.
- Supports the onboarding of new suppliers and parts by coordinating required documentation, tracking onboarding status, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of onboarding steps.
- Provides administrative and coordination support to Supplier Quality by organizing necessary documentation for Product Risk Assessment, Quality Agreement, Change Notice Agreement and related compliance processes.
- Monitors 12NC (SKU) onboarding status, prepares status updates, and communicates progress or issues to relevant stakeholders to support transparency and timely decision‑making.
- Conducts spend and procurement data analysis using available reports and tools, helping identify trends, gaps, or improvement opportunities to support sourcing and category initiatives.
- Participates in team meetings, contributes ideas, documents key discussions and action items, and supports follow‑up actions to ensure effective communication and execution.
- Assists in the preparation of reports, presentations, and trackers for internal stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate, clear, and aligned with business requirements.
- Organizes and maintains procurement documentation and records, supporting operational efficiency, audit readiness, and compliance with internal controls.
[자격요건]
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and can‑do attitude.
- Prior internship experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Enjoys working in a multi‑cultural, team‑based, and regional environment.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint; able to analyze data and prepare basic presentations.
- Available for 6 months internship duration starting from June or July.
- Proficient in Korean and English (spoken and written).
