An intensive 6 months program to kick start your journey as a budding recruitment specialist, with clearly defined weekly targets and monthly achievements to measure and track your growth and skill sets.

During the program, you will be attached to one of our teams and will be given the opportunity to practice your newly learnt skills on actual business deals that the team is working on.

※ 아데코코리아‘Management Trainee Program’은 6개월 간의 직무 트레이닝 후 평가를 통하여 정규직 컨설턴트로 전환되는 프로그램입니다.  해당 프로그램은 아데코코리아의 Recruitment Specialist들이 멘토가되어, 실제 현업의 업무를 경험 및 수행하는 Onsite Job Training으로 진행됩니다. 이와 함께 Adecco Academy에서 제공하는 다양하고 체계적인 직무 교육을 이수하며,  채용분야에서의 경쟁력 과 전문성을 확보 해 나가게 됩니다.
