모집안내
◾ 채용부문 : 구매관리, 인사, 디자인
◾ 근무기간 : 12개월 이상
◾ 근무시간 : 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
◾ 급여 : $18.5/an hour
◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $38,480/a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)
◾ 급여 외 보상 : 주 3 회 중식 제공, 미국 문화체험비 매달 $50.00 지원 , 유급 병가 사용 가능, 맨하탄 H Mart 직원 할인
Job Description
Procurement Intern (구매 관리) |
General Responsibilities | •Conduct market research to discover new potential products for the stores • Assist with overall purchasing process which includes but not limited to: listing products, contacting vendors, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery • Ensure all products arrive in good condition and follow up with vendors, as needed, to confirm, change or return orders • Monitor inventory list regularly and assist with analyzing turnover ratio of the products in order to identify purchasing needs • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, …etc.) • Research to identify pricing trends and assist with process of pricing • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts |
Qualifications | • Major in Business Administration or related fields or English • Fluent in both Korean and English • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Reliable, detail-oriented, able to meet deadline • Good interpersonal and organizational skills • Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel |
HR Intern (인사팀) |
General Responsibilities | • File, update and organize company documents and databases related to HR Department • Contact applicants, schedule interviews and confirm applicant’s availability • Assist with checking overall compliance with labor codes and related laws • Participate in planning of the corporate events • Complete weekly payroll reports and gather information needed • Assist with collecting data and making a Quarterly Employee Analysis Report • Perform any other HR related tasks that are not listed above |
Qualifications | • Major in Business Administration or related fields • Fluent in both Korean and English • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Reliable, detail-oriented, able to meet deadline • Good interpersonal and organizational skills • Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel |
Design Intern (디자인팀) |
General Responsibilities | • Assist with designing and developing printed materials which include but not limited to: seasonal sales posters, product labels, and advertisements • Participate in designing promotional and corporate merchandise • Assist with creating web contents, such as website banners and online posters • Adhere to company’s guidelines and receive feedback to make necessary changes • Take and edit photos for creating graphic design works both in print and digital content • Perform any other design-related tasks when needed |
Qualifications | • Major in Graphic Design related fields • Proficient using task related software, such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, …etc • Fluent in both Korean and English • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Detail-oriented, able to meet deadline • Good interpersonal and team working skills |
