모집안내

◾ 채용부문 : Inventory and Logistics Coordinator

◾ 근무기간 : 12개월

◾ 근무시간 : 주 40시간

◾ 급여 : $ 18-20 / hour (주 40시간 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 연 환산급여 : 약 $37,440-41,600 / a year (주 40시간 52주 근무 기준 이며, 주말 및 공휴일 over time 근무에 따라 변동 가능)

◾ 급여 외 보상 : Paid Holidays, Sick Leave, Paid Time Off, Seasonal Vacation, 점심제공

Job Description

• Manage the inventory of small items, including tracking stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accuracy in stock records.

• Facilitate the installation of software on relevant devices as needed, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.

• Handle packing activities for outgoing shipments, ensuring items are securely packaged and labeled according to shipping requirements.

• Coordinate shipping logistics, including selecting appropriate carriers, preparing shipping documents, and arranging pickups or deliveries.

• Maintain a database of serial numbers for products sold, ensuring proper documentation, and tracking throughout the sales process.

• Monitor and analyze logistics expenses, including transportation costs, packaging materials, and customs duties, and maintain detailed records for budgeting and reporting purposes.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, procurement, and warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and shipments.

• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in inventory management and logistics operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or related roles, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and shipping processes.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
